Fly Fishing Bag
Fly fishing packs have to stay dry while wading and keep tools within reach. Ours are made from TPU-laminated fabrics in weights such as 420D and 840D, with high-frequency welded seams and waterproof zips, in backpacks, sling packs and shoulder bags from 10 to 24 litres. Sealock has made waterproof bags for over 20 years at its own factories in Dongguan, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Choosing a Fly Fishing Pack

Fly fishing packs are worn while wading, so they must stay dry when the water reaches the waist. TPU-laminated fabrics with welded seams and airtight zips are the standard. 420D TPU is lighter; 840D TPU is tougher against rocks and branches. Slings and shoulder bags of 10 to 15 litres suit short sessions; backpacks of 15 to 24 litres carry layers and lunch for a full day.

Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks during welding and sewing (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request. Our test programme covers seam tensile and bonding strength, load testing of 1,500+ cycles, zipper testing to 3,000 cycles, salt spray on hardware, abrasion, and colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample. Waterproof ratings are verified on the bag itself: a heavy rain and water-jet test for IPX5 and IPX6 models and a full water-immersion test of 2+ hours for IPX7 and IPX8 models.

Usually 300 pieces per style; some models start at 200 or 500. Colours can often be split within one order.

Can you add our logo and brand colours?

Yes. Screen printing, heat transfer and welded patches are the most common methods, and we can match Pantone colours for the fabric, webbing and zip pulls.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples usually take 7–15 days and bulk production 30–45 days after sample approval, from our factories in China or Vietnam.
