SL-I288 is a roll-top soft cooler measuring 46 × 21 × 36 cm with the top rolled, and 46 × 21 × 60 cm unrolled. The interior is 40 × 15 × 32 cm, holding 20 liters, or about 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs 1.4 kg. The shell is 840D TPU laminated waterproof fabric over closed-cell EPE foam, with a food-grade waterproof liner, and the body is high-frequency welded with no stitched seams. The cooler closes by rolling down a grey welded top collar and fastening it with the strap across the roll. A waterproof airtight zip pocket holds keys, a phone or a wallet outside the cold compartment. Black webbing tote handles are anchored on moulded ladder panels with lash slots, side MOLLE webbing takes pouches or carabiners, and side compression straps cinch the load. A bottle opener is built in, a removable padded shoulder strap clips to the end anchors, and the base is reinforced. The standard colourway is tan with a grey roll-top collar and black base.
Instead of a zipper across the cold compartment, SL-I288 closes like a dry bag: the welded collar rolls down on itself and is held by a strap. There are no zipper teeth to wear, clog with sand or need lubricating, which removes the most common failure point on soft coolers. The roll-top also adjusts the volume. Rolled tight, the cooler is 36 cm tall and the contents stay packed close together, which helps the ice last; unrolled, the opening rises to 60 cm and wide items load easily.
The body is high-frequency welded and seamless, so there are no stitch holes in the cold compartment or through the outer wall. The handle panels and webbing are mounted on welded patches. Melt-water stays inside the liner instead of reaching the foam, so the insulation stays dry and the cooler does not hold odour.
The cooler is rated IPX6, verified by heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished units. With the top rolled at least three times and strapped down, it is leakproof when upright: melt-water stays in during carrying, and rain and spray stay out. A roll-top seals by folding rather than compression, so the cooler is not designed to be submerged. The front pocket has its own airtight zip and stays dry independently.
Packed with ice, rolled closed and kept out of direct sun, the cooler holds ice for up to 48 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often it is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading. Rolling the top tight against the contents reduces the air space above the ice and makes a measurable difference.

Beach days, camping, overlanding, boating, fishing and tailgates, especially in sand and salt where zippers clog. Suitable for drinks, food and ice. Not intended for submersion.
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and handle patches, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles on the pocket zip, buckle and strap pull tests, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished coolers. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
Roll-top closure with no zipper across the cold compartment, so there are no teeth to clog or wear. Seamless high-frequency welded 840D TPU body, leakproof when upright, IPX6. Up to 48 hours of ice under stated conditions. Waterproof airtight zip pocket, side MOLLE webbing, lash slots, compression straps and built-in bottle opener. Tote handles and removable padded shoulder strap. Tan and grey, MOQ 300.
Screen printing suits solid one- to three-colour marks on TPU and resists UV and salt. Heat transfer handles multi-colour artwork. Welded TPU patches and raised silicone prints give a tonal, textured mark. Logos are placed on the body between the handle panels, clear of the roll-top fold zone so they do not crease. Shell, collar, base and webbing colours can be matched to the brand. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.
Sealock has manufactured insulated and waterproof gear for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and produce insulated products for brands including STANLEY, Hydro Flask and CORDOVA.
The roll-top cooler body draws on the same high-frequency welding we use on dry bags, while the shoulder strap and webbing are sewn, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a colour and logo change to new sizes, a drain valve or full custom development; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.
300 pieces per colour.

Yes. Screen print, heat transfer, welded patches and raised silicone prints are all available, with Pantone matching on shell, collar and webbing.
A roll-top has no teeth to clog with sand or salt, wear out or need lubricating, and it adjusts to the load. It is the closure used on dry bags, applied to a cooler.
