Product Description

SL-I323 is a slim cooler tote bag measuring 46 × 17 × 35 cm and holding about 20 liters, or around 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice. It weighs about 1.3 kg. The shell is 840D TPU tarpaulin with high-frequency welded seams, in a two-tone finish of glossy black over a textured grey lower body, or in all black. Behind the shell sits EPE foam insulation and a PEVA film liner. The lid closes with an airtight waterproof zip that runs around the rim, and carries its own zip pocket on top for keys, a phone or cutlery. On the front, a flat slip pocket holds a tablet, a notebook or napkins. Seatbelt-style webbing tote handles run over the top, short TPU grab handles sit on each end, and a detachable shoulder strap with a padded TPU shoulder section clips on with carabiner-style snap hooks.

Slim Profile

At 17 cm deep, SL-I323 is about half the depth of a typical soft cooler of the same capacity. Carried on the shoulder, it sits flat against the body rather than swinging out, and it slides behind a car seat, into a narrow boot space or under a desk. The height and length do the work instead of the depth, so cans stand in two rows and bottles stand upright. The two-tone TPU finish and leather-look grab handles make it suitable for everyday carry to the office or a lunch meeting as well as a day at the beach.

Construction and Water Behaviour

The 840D TPU tarpaulin shell is high-frequency welded, so its seams have no stitch holes. The airtight zip seals the lid. The insulation is EPE foam, and the liner is PEVA film, a PVC-free material that wipes clean.

The cooler is rated IPX6, verified by heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished units, and is leakproof when upright with the zip closed. Rain and spray stay out, and melt-water stays in during the walk from the car. Because the side grab handles are fixed through the upper body and the liner is film rather than a welded tub, the cooler should be kept upright when it holds melt-water, and it is not built to be submerged. The lid pocket and front slip pocket sit outside the cold compartment.

Cold Holding

Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the cooler holds ice for approximately 24 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. The airtight zip removes the air leak along the lid. Results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often it is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading. Thicker foam can be specified for longer hold times, with a small increase in depth.

Recommended Use

Office and work lunches, commuting, picnics, beach days, boat trips and tailgates where a cooler has to travel on the shoulder or fit into a narrow space. Suitable for drinks, food and ice. Not intended for submersion.

Quality Inspection Standards

Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams, pull tests on handle and strap anchors, abrasion on the base, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample, and heavy rain and water-jet testing on finished coolers. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.

Printing and Logo

Screen printing and heat transfer suit marks on the glossy black upper or the textured grey lower panel. Welded and debossed TPU patches give a tonal mark that suits the two-tone finish. Upper and lower panel colours, webbing and grab handles can all be matched to the brand. Artwork is required as vector files; a digital placement proof is returned before sampling.

No, it is larger. It holds about 24 standard 330 ml cans without ice, or about 16 with ice, in a slim 17 cm profile.

Is it leakproof?

It is leakproof when upright with the airtight zip closed, and rated IPX6 against rain and spray. Keep it upright when it holds melt-water. It is not submersible.

How long does ice last?

Approximately 24 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun.

What is the liner made of?

PEVA film, a PVC-free material that wipes clean. A welded food-grade TPU liner can be specified on custom orders.

Why is it so slim?

The 17 cm depth keeps the cooler flat against the body on the shoulder and lets it fit behind car seats or under a desk, while the length and height provide the capacity.

How do I look after the airtight zip?

Wipe off sand and grit, lubricate the teeth occasionally with a silicone-based stick, and store the cooler with the zip open.

What is the lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–35 days after sample approval, from either the China or the Vietnam factory.
