SL-E050B is an insulated soft cooler backpack measuring 37.5 × 26.5 × 32 cm outside and approximately 34.5 × 23.5 × 30.5 cm inside, holding about 25 liters and weighing about 1.4 kg. Other sizes can be made to order. The outer shell is TPU laminated waterproof fabric over 15 mm of closed-cell EPE foam, and the inner liner is a food-grade waterproof membrane, with the body seams high-frequency welded. The top is a moulded flip lid with a recessed grab handle, closed by a zip that runs around three sides of the rim and fitted with a T-pull. The underside of the lid is moulded and insulated to match the walls. The base is a reinforced black panel that protects the body when the bag is set down on pavement or a delivery counter. On the back, two padded shoulder straps are mounted on a welded reinforcing panel, with an adjustable sternum strap; the lower ends of the straps attach to round anchor plates welded onto each side wall near the base. The smooth, flat walls on all four sides take full-colour UV digital printing; the sample shown carries a full-wrap ice cream vending print. Standard colours are orange and blue, and any colour can be produced to order.

The body seams are high-frequency welded rather than stitched, so the walls and base have no needle holes for melt-water or condensation to wick through into the foam. On a cooler that is opened dozens of times a day on a vending route, this is what keeps the insulation dry: once water reaches the foam through a stitch line, the bag loses insulation permanently and begins to hold odour. The shoulder straps are sewn to a separate reinforcing panel that is welded to the back of the body, and the lower strap ends attach to welded side anchor plates, so the load of a full bag pulls on reinforced patches instead of on a stitch line through the waterproof wall.
The outer fabric and zip resist splashes and rain on a day of street vending or delivery riding, but the bag is not built to be submerged, and the zip is a water-resistant zip rather than an airtight one. Melt-water stays inside the welded liner as long as the bag is kept upright.
Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the bag holds ice for approximately 24-36 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. Real results change with ambient temperature, sun exposure, how often the lid is opened and whether the contents were chilled before loading.
Frozen products such as ice cream, ice lollies and frozen desserts are a different job. Ice cream needs to stay below about −12 °C to hold its shape, and ice alone cannot keep the bag that cold. For frozen-product vending and delivery, pack the bag with frozen eutectic plates or gel packs pre-frozen in a deep freezer, or with dry ice where local rules allow, and plan restock points along the route. The insulated lid and the base panel matter most here, because cold air sinks and escapes through the top every time the lid is opened. Taking product out quickly and closing the lid immediately does more for holding time than any other single habit.
The SL-E050B body is designed as a moving advertisement. The four walls are flat and seamless at the print area, so a single piece of artwork can run edge to edge on the front and continue onto the sides, as in the vending sample shown. Artwork is applied by UV digital printing, which cures the ink instantly on the TPU surface and reproduces photographic product images, gradients, price callouts and local-language slogans in full colour without screens or plates. Because no screens are needed, programmes with several regional versions of the same artwork can run at the standard MOQ per design. For ice cream, beverage and snack brands running street-vending or promotional programmes, the bag carries the brand on every route a vendor walks.

Ice cream and frozen-dessert street vending, beverage sampling and promotional teams, food delivery by bicycle or motorbike, beach and event vending, catering runs, and day trips where a hands-free cooler is needed. For frozen product, use pre-frozen cold plates or gel packs. Not intended for submersion.
Every production run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams, the strap panel and side anchors, abrasion on the base, colour fastness, colour difference and print registration against the approved sample, and rain and water-jet testing on finished bags. Thermal profiles can be run to a buyer's own protocol and supplied with the sample. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
Flat, seamless walls built to carry full-wrap UV digital artwork on every side. High-frequency welded body with a food-grade liner and no stitch holes in the cold compartment. Moulded flip lid with recessed grab handle and insulation matched to the walls. Padded backpack straps on a welded back panel and welded side anchors for all-day vending routes. Reinforced base for setting down on pavement. MOQ 300 per design with full Pantone matching, custom sizes and full custom development.

For vending and promotional programmes, the standard method is full-wrap UV digital printing, which reproduces product images, gradients and local-language text in full colour across the front, sides and back. The ink is cured by UV light directly on the TPU surface, so it bonds without a separate film layer and holds up to wiping, rain and daily handling. Screen printing suits simple one- to three-colour marks. Welded patches give a raised, tonal logo. Artwork is placed clear of the zip line and the strap anchor plates so the print does not sit on a flex line. High-resolution or vector files are required, and a full digital proof of every face is returned before sampling.
Sealock has manufactured waterproof and insulated gear for over 20 years, with factories in Guangdong, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the second site giving brands a non-China origin option where tariff exposure matters. We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SMETA, Higg, GRS and SCAN certification, and produce insulated products for brands including STANLEY, Hydro Flask and CORDOVA.
The cooler body is high-frequency welded, while the padded shoulder straps and harness are sewn, and sewn construction is an equally mature in-house capability rather than an outsourced step. Most demanding requirements can be met, from a programme-specific print on the standard bag to a fully custom cooler built around a vendor's product, route length and cold-chain method; complex development with new tooling adds time to the first sample cycle, which is worth planning for early.
300 pieces per design. Different artwork counts as a separate design.
Price depends on size, quantity, print coverage, insulation and accessories. Full-wrap UV digital printing costs more than a single-colour logo. Send your artwork and quantities to info@sealock.com.hk and we will quote within one working day.
Yes. Full-wrap UV digital printing covers the front, sides and back, and suits product images, prices and slogans in any language. No screens are needed, so several artwork versions can run in one programme. Screen print, welded patches and woven labels are also available.
Not with ice alone. Ice cream needs to stay below about −12 °C. Pack the bag with pre-frozen eutectic plates or gel packs, or dry ice where permitted, and plan restock points along the route. With ice, the bag holds ice for approximately 24-36 hours under our test conditions.
Yes, with care. The zip is not airtight, so carbon dioxide can escape, which is required for dry ice. Wear gloves when handling it, do not carry the bag in a closed vehicle cab, and follow local transport rules.
Approximately 24-36 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient, packed with ice, closed and out of direct sun. Frequent opening and direct sun shorten this.
It resists splashes and rain. It is not submersible, and the zip is water-resistant rather than airtight. An airtight zip is available on custom orders.
The padded shoulder straps, sternum strap and lower adjusters spread the load across both shoulders. Keep loads under about 12 kg for all-day carrying.
The standard size is 37.5 × 26.5 × 32 cm, about 25 L. Other sizes can be made to order around your product and route length.
Samples in 7–15 days. Production is 30–45 days after sample approval.
