The Base Product

SL-E050B is an insulated soft cooler backpack made in two sizes on the same design. The large size measures 37.5 × 26.5 × 32 cm, holds about 25 L and weighs about 1.4 kg; the small size measures about 32 × 23 × 28 cm and holds about 16 L. Both have a TPU laminated waterproof shell over closed-cell EPE foam, a food-grade waterproof liner and a high-frequency welded body. A moulded flip lid with a recessed grab handle closes on a zip that runs around the top, the base is reinforced, and padded shoulder straps carry the cooler on the back. Built to Carry a Brand

A vending or promotional cooler is a moving billboard. The four walls of SL-E050B are flat and uninterrupted, so one piece of artwork can wrap from the front around both sides to the back, and the brand is visible from every direction as the vendor walks a beach, a stadium concourse or a street route. Product photography, prices, slogans in any language and QR codes all reproduce in full colour. Because the cooler is worn on the back, the artwork sits at eye level in a crowd rather than at foot level like a box cooler.

UV Digital Printing

Artwork is printed directly onto the TPU surface by UV digital printing. The ink is cured instantly by ultraviolet light, bonds without a separate film layer, and holds up to wiping, rain, sun and daily handling. No screens or plates are made, so photographic images and gradients cost no more to print than a flat logo, and a programme can run several artwork versions, such as different flavours, regions or languages, at the standard MOQ per design. A digital proof of every face is supplied before sampling.

What Can Be Customized

Artwork and Colour

Full-wrap artwork covers the front, sides and back; the lid can carry its own design or the brand mark. The base shell colour, lid, base band, straps and zip tape can each be matched to Pantone references, so the parts that are not printed still follow the brand palette.

Size

The large and small sizes run on existing tooling and can be ordered together as a matched pair, for example a large cooler for the main vendor and a small one for a second team member or a sampling stand. Other sizes, built around a specific product or route length, can be developed with new tooling.

Insulation and Cold Chain

Standard insulation is closed-cell EPE foam. Thicker foam or high-density PU foam can be specified for longer routes. For ice cream and frozen desserts, which must stay below about −12 °C, the cooler can be supplied with matching eutectic cold plates sized to the interior, and the lid layout can be adjusted to suit the plates.

Closure, Harness and Accessories

The zip-around top can be upgraded to an airtight zip. The harness can be fitted with a sternum strap, hip belt or ventilated back panel for all-day routes. Options include a front zip pocket for change and receipts, a menu or price-card window, internal dividers, reflective trim for evening work and a bottle opener.

Packaging

Units can be packed in plain polybags for promotional fleets, or in printed colour boxes for retail and giveaway programmes.

MOQ and Pricing

The MOQ is 300 pieces per design, and a different artwork counts as a separate design. Unit price depends on size, quantity, insulation, harness options, accessories and packaging. Because UV digital printing needs no screens, full-wrap photographic artwork adds less to the price than buyers usually expect, and several artwork versions do not each carry a set-up cost. The largest cost steps are new tooling for a different size, PU foam and an airtight zip.

Cold Holding for Vending

Packed with ice, closed and kept out of direct sun, the large size holds ice for approximately 48 hours in our trials at 25 °C ambient. Frozen products are a different job: ice cream needs to stay below about −12 °C, which ice alone cannot hold. For frozen-product vending, pack the cooler with eutectic plates or gel packs pre-frozen in a deep freezer, or dry ice where local rules allow, and plan restock points along the route. The lid is the main heat path on a cooler opened dozens of times an hour, so taking product out quickly and closing the lid each time matters more than any other habit.

Quality Control

Every custom run is checked at IQC, IPQC and OQC against the approved printed sample. The suite covers load testing to 1,500 cycles, zipper fatigue to 3,000 cycles, tensile and bonding strength on welded seams and strap anchors, print adhesion, colour fastness and colour difference against the approved proof, abrasion on the base, and rain and water-jet testing on finished coolers. Third-party inspection by SGS or QIMA and food-contact test reports for the liner can be arranged.
