Why Welded Soft Coolers

In a sewn cooler, meltwater can seep through stitch holes; welded seams close that path. When choosing a soft cooler, check the liner material, the closure, the insulation thickness and the carry system for the way it will be used.

Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request, and colour and logo are checked against the approved sample.

Usually 300 pieces per style; some models start at 200 or 500. Colours can often be split within one order.

Can you add our logo and brand colours?

Yes. Screen printing, heat transfer and welded patches are the most common methods, and we can match Pantone colours for the fabric, webbing and zip pulls.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples usually take 7–15 days and bulk production 30–45 days after sample approval, from our factories in China or Vietnam.
