At Sealock, we don't just "glue" materials together; we molecularly fuse them. Our Ho Chi Minh City Phase II facility utilizes advanced 27.12 MHz High-Frequency (HF) Welding technology. This process creates a bond that is often stronger than the base material itself, ensuring your gear remains 100% submersible and airtight.
Unlike conventional heat sealing which applies heat from the outside in, HF welding uses an electromagnetic field to agitate the molecules of PFAS-Free TPU or PVC fabrics from within.
| Feature | Sealock HF Welding (27.12 MHz) | Conventional Heat Sealing |
|---|---|---|
| Bond Strength | Molecular fusion (Structural bond) | Surface adhesion (Melting) |
| Waterproof Rating | IPX7 / IPX8 Submersible | Varying (Risk of pinholes) |
| Durability | Resistant to UV and Aging | High risk of delamination |
Every HF-welded seam is subjected to rigorous testing in our Polar-Shield Thermal & Integrity Laboratory. We conduct 1.0 Bar Hydrostatic Integrity Tests to ensure that every "Sealock" product meets the highest industrial standards.
"Our Phase II facility in Vietnam is equipped with over 50 dedicated HF welding stations, allowing us to scale production while maintaining the strict tolerances required by global outdoor brands."
