How 27.12 MHz HF Welding Works

Unlike conventional heat sealing which applies heat from the outside in, HF welding uses an electromagnetic field to agitate the molecules of PFAS-Free TPU or PVC fabrics from within.

  • Molecular Friction: The 27.12 MHz frequency causes rapid molecular vibration, generating internal heat.
  • Fusion under Pressure: While the material is in a molten state, high-precision pneumatic presses fuse the layers into a single, seamless piece.
  • Instant Cooling: The weld is cooled under pressure, "locking" the molecular structure for maximum shear strength.
