The waterproof bike bag can be made in different shape and size for different bikes and position on bikes.If you need the waterproof bike bag to be light and high quality then we will suggest to use the TPU like 420D ripstop TPU or 600D TPU,and the zipper can be Truzip zipper or YKK zipper,depends on your need and the target prices.If the PVC is allowed to be used in your country,then we will suggest to use 500D PVC for the main body,it is durable and also waterproof.But the price is lower than used TPU.For the buckle you select to use the midgrade ones or Woojin Duraflex buckles which are high class.
